Porter au sein exerce l’activité de « prestation de services et assistances dans le domaine des services à la personne » en qualité de Doula.

Tout achat ou réservation implique l’entière adhésion aux présentes conditions générales de vente.

La Cliente consommatrice désigne toute personne physique majeure ou personne morale, sollicitant les services de Porter au sein. La personne signataire des présentes conditions générales de vente via le devis se porte garante du paiement de la facture même si celle-ci doit être établie au nom d’un tiers.

En conformité avec la loi n°2004-575 du 21 juin 2004 pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique, il est précisé aux utilisateurs du site internet www.porterausein.fr l'identité des différents intervenants dans le cadre de sa réalisation et de son suivi.

1. Objet du contrat

Les présentes conditions générales de vente (pouvant être qualifiées ci-après par le sigle CGV) détaillent les conditions contractuelles (droits et obligations) entre Porter au sein dénommée le Prestataire et la Cliente consommatrice, dans le cadre des prestations définies au titre des conditions particulières.

Les CGV prévalent sur toutes autres conditions, à l’exception de celles expressément approuvées par écrit par Porter au sein, notamment dans les conditions particulières. A cet égard les CGV sont opposables à la Cliente conformément aux termes de l’article 1119 du Code Civil.

La Cliente est avisée sur le devis des CGV et peut les consulter à tout moment sur le site de Porter au sein à l’adresse www.porterausein.fr. En conséquence, toute commande ou réservation effectuée par la Cliente pour le compte de Porter au sein emporte acceptation sans réserve des CGV présentes.

2. Caractéristiques des biens et services proposés

Porter au sein propose les prestations suivantes :

• Accompagnement autour de la naissance

• Soutien post-natal

• Soutien à l’allaitement

• Accompagnement du féminin

• Bain enveloppé

• Ateliers collectifs (portage physiologique, parentalité, allaitement, etc.)

Les services sont plus précisément détaillés dans les rubriques "Individuel" et "Collectif" du site www.porterausein.fr.
Porter au sein propose un premier entretien avec la Cliente afin de définir ensemble ses besoins. Cet entretien sera déduit du pack choisit si la Cliente décide de prendre une formule.

Pour les forfaits d’accompagnement, notre première rencontre est offerte.

3. Conditions tarifaires/Prix
